Submittance of abstracts till May 30nd 2005
In order to accept the abstract, at least one of the authors has to be registered in the Congress. Participants can register through the web (www.anbio.org.br)
Abstracts should be submitted in Portuguese, Spanish or English. Please submit two printed copies of good quality and one floppy disk 3.5".
The disk should show the name of the first author and the title of the abstract. Print your abstract within a space of 14 cm height and 18 cm with (maximun 50 lines) using Arial size 12, simple space. Abstracts submitted by fax will not be accepted. The text should mention the title of the abstracts in bold letters, names of the authors, mailing address, a brief description of the objectives of the study, used methodology, results, conclusions and acknowledgement of financial support.
The deadline for submission of papers is June 10, 2005 (mailing date). Posters should measure 1,00 x 0,90. The registered author will be responsible for fixing the poster at the indicated place on September 26, 2005 between 2:00 and 5:00 p.m. and recover it at the last day of the event.
CONFIRMATION AND ACCEPTANCE OF PAPERS
Papers accepted by the ANBio Scientific Committee shall be confirmed by mail to the main author until July 30th 2005.
Dinamics of the Activities throughout the events
1-Biosafety Congress - Openning ceremony on September 26th at 6 P.M. Daily plenary from 9 A.M. to 5 P.M at the main auditorium. There will be translation available English-Portuguese-English
2-Latin American Symposium- Daily plenary from 2 P.M. to 5 P.M
3-President of CIBios’ meeting- Only for invited people on September 26th from 9 A.M to 5 P.M.
4-Symposium on Biotechnolgy Diffusion- On September 26th from 9 A.M to 1 P.M at the main auditorium.
5-Mini-Courses – total of 6 hours (2 hours daily) including discussions.
6-Poster sessions – Poster will be exposed at the places and periods indicated in the programme. One of the authors should be present.
OTHER INFORMATION
Translation- It will be available translation from English to Portuguese and vice versa
Exhibitor – Should contact the secretariat of the Congress to indicate which equipments, furniture, etc. should be provided till May 30, the 2005. |
